Labour Level With UKIP In Euro Election Poll

The ongoing expenses scandal appears to be taking a humiliating toll on the popularity of the main political parties - particularly Labour.

It is now neck and neck with the anti-EU UK Independence Party according to a survey for the Mail on Sunday, with a projected vote share in next month's European elections of just 17% - down six points in a week.

The Conservatives also took the same hit, dropping six points to 30%, while the Liberal Democrats are on 15%.
